Age. You must be sixteen or older to use TilDawn. The app is designed for two people who want to stay close across distance — not for children.

Acceptable use.No harassment. No threats. No illegal content. No impersonation. No using the app to share material depicting anyone who hasn’t consented.

Your account. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.

Limitation of liability. TilDawnis provided “as is” without warranties. We’re a small team building a careful app — we’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee uptime, delivery, or the behavior of the other person on the line.

Governing law. These terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction we operate from. We’ll fill in the specifics before App Store submission.
